a good friend of mine who mainly plays alliance levelled a character with me recently so she could come play with me through the Horde campaigns, and when she mentioned it to her guild, she was completely attacked, berated and harassed in and out of game
i want people to reblog this so that others know you are a place safe for someone who plays both! all this macho bullshit leaking outside of the game is ridiculous. just because Blizzard have directed the lore down the old reds vs blues path again, doesn’t mean anyone should feel unsafe or unwelcome outside of the game

Kind of irritated this even needs to be said, tbh. It’s a game. I play both sides, and even if I didn’t, that doesn’t influence how people should treat each other out of game.
